We are prepared to consider cases from those countries where it is legally possible to introduce lenders and investors and our policy has always been 'quality not quantity' - we prefer to concentrate on just one fundable project and not waste time on many non fundable ones.
We are not interested in financial instruments - only quality fundable projects.
