Before we can tell you whether we can assist your case, we need to have some basic information about you and the project.

Please don't send us your full business plan at this stage, we will ask for that later if appropriate.  We need the vital information below in set out as an executive summary (maximum four page) and that tell us what we need to know.

Your full name; the person sending or introducing the project information to us.

Are you the project owner or an introducing broker?

The full name of the project owners?

Legal status of the borrower i.e. Limited Company, Partnership, Inc, sole trader etc.

Is this a new business or an existing business?

How many directors?

When was the business first established - which year.

What is your authorized capital?

What is your annual turnover for the past three years.

Do you have audited accounts for the past three years?

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Exactly Where is the project located - the Country and the Region within that Country
What is the industry type for the project?

a    Agriculture.

b    Manufacturing,

c    Transport,

d    Energy,

e    Hotel and leisure,

f     Construction.

g    IT.

h    Other (explain).

Briefly describe the project.

FINANCIAL:

 

How much money do you want to borrow?

What type of funding do you require:

Debt,

Equity

Venture Capital,

Joint Venture Partner

Other?

How much owners equity is already invested in the project.

How much further equity will be invested.

When do you need the funds.

Any other vital information.

Do you have sufficient available funds to process an application.

After we have studied the above information we will advise, usually within three days, if we can assist you, . At this stage we will request your full business plan and other information.
